Shipping policy

Down By the Bay Children's Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the hands of USPS. For this reason, all packages are shipped with insurance and claims due to missing packages must be submitted thru USPS.

Ready to ship: Ready to ship items will be shipped within 7 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Preorders: Pre-orders will have an estimated time of arrival (ETA). Please be mindful this is "estimated" as shipping and production times may vary. We try to provide as accurate of an estimate as possible but please keep in mind they are subject to change. We are not responsible for manufacturing and/or shipping delays. We will do our best to keep you up to date on arrival times. Tracking will be provided when items are shipped.
